The version of CMS is 1.9.4.1.
We are not able to create/cope a page through the CMS.
Note: there is space on the hosting side.

Please advise what can be causing an issue.

It could be one of any number of things. Your version of CMS Made Simple is very old and out of date and needs upgrading.

What version of PHP is running on your server?

Has the PHP version recently been changed?

We are not able to create/cope a page

Describe exactly what you are clicking on and exactly what happens.

Are any other parts of the admin area not functioning?

Is the website itself working without errors?
