Hello everyone!
Stylesheets tab (supposed to be populated with sample content) can't be loaded - the page loads but no stylesheets whatsoever. Console in my browser gave me this error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden):

I have changed 644 to 744 but no effect.
Any ideas?

Mod_security at your web hosting?

Hello Rolf!
It was on. But it was off last time I checked. So I contacted my host and they said there was a server failure and they had to move everything to another server. Obviously, some parameters were changed or lost or set as default during the transfer.
Usually, if Mod security is on, much more parts of admin panels does not work. This time was only one so it never crossed my mind it could be Mod security...
