Is there a way in the CMS to make the banner or header clickable?

well with this information given only thing I can suggest is something like

Not sure I understand - I know how to make a "img" clickable

But what I want to do is make the header on my site www.all-natural-mommies.com "clickable" to take you to the home page...does that make more sense?

Sure, inside the header put a link to your home page? of course you may need to have it display:block...
