TinyMCE codesample plugin

I have the CGBlog module installed and TinyMCE is my preferred editor. I want to use the codesample plugin when I create a new blog but codesample seems to require Prism js and css. Is there a relatively easy way to include prism.js and prism.css to the template used to create a new blog? I don't have command-line access to the hosting server.
