Causes of 500 errors when loading admin?

Trying to troubleshoot why admin won't load. I installed the latest version of CMSMS, got through install without a hitch. Once I tried to load admin, I'm getting a 500 error.
What could be causing this? PHP7 and centos 6.8. Error log says:
