AfterPay - Ecommerce

This is a general enquiry to learn if anyone has had any experience integrating the AfterPay API with the Orders Module. We've just had two requests for this one day.
If so, was it a simple task, minor nightmare or something we will need to have one of the CMSMS module developers quote us on?
It looks like it will need to be a payment option at checkout along with Manual and Paypal, etc.
I'm guessing it will become a common request very soon.
