Missing filemanager in editors

Hi,
I just installed CMSMS version 2.2.2.
After making a second content block in the template {content block='second_block' label='My own name'} there is no file selection available in the first content block. It is available in the second. (with more blocks, it is only available in the last block). This problem is with microtiny as wel with tinymce.
Anyone seen this problem before?
