Hi, in order to create a website with an flash animation (top of page) and php content at the bottom (like news), what is the best solution to update the news content without reloading the whole page ? Is iFrame the best solution ?

Though, keep in mind that this kind of thing is an SEO killer. The "traditional" approaches are always going to be more search engine friendly.
