Poor results of the Search module.

I have very poor search results. More than half of the words are not found. Reindex does not help, no error is displayed, ... No results found as a result of search.
What is the latest version of the Search module? The installed version in CMSMS 2.2.1 shows 1.51.1, right?
I use predominantly the Czech language, but some accented words will be found correctly, others written only by the English alphabet will not be found at all, so I do not know where the problem is.
