Recruiting/Staffing site with CMS?

Hi, I need to design a recruiting/staffing site for a colleague. It's a basic site with 4-5 static pages but I am not sure of the best way to allow him to post his job listings once i am finished with the site. I was referred to CMS as a possibility, and was wondering if there was a module/add-on that would fit this requirement.

Basically I need a way for him to post/edit job listings without him having to write HTML every time.

Any advice greatly appreciated! Thanks.

The News module will work just fine, as the articles can be cycled by date and can have expirations set, the summary can be a lead to a full/detail description of the job with a link to apply, it lets you make diff. template calls for customization...

Modules Formbuilder/formBrowser ?

Not as easy as the News module mentioned solution, but may be more powerfull to record input ?

Or a combination :
-offers published with News (don't forget to export as RSS)
-applies received with forms
