Logged into admin ->Content Manager -> Edit Content Page -> Options.

There is a checkbox called "Wants Children" that looks new. The help is outputting "TODO".

I can also confirm that the mbstring fatal error I saw in beta1 is fixed in 2.2beta2.

This is a new setting in content pages that allows you to specify that 'this page should not get any children'.

I've fixed the help message in svn.
