[fixed] MicroTiny insert/edit a mail link does not work

/public/doc/CHANGELOG.txt reads:
MicroTiny v2.1
- Adds a mailto plugin.
But this plugin does not work to reproduce: /Admin MicroTiny > Insert pulldown > Insert/Edit a mail link

Click @ button and fill in the form

Confirmed!
The @ button works, but when using the pulldown menu link it does not!

Tested against: Revision: 11160 works fine now.
