Content Block - removed?

Hi guys,
I just updated my cms to the latest version.
After that I had some issues, but now I removed something...
In my template I used a content block.
But i removed it somehow... Now I want it back but don't remember the name...
Is there some way to retrieve the content block?
Was something like below, but cant find it yet...
