Paid Development - Needed

Ok! First let me start by Saying Hello and I am happy to become a new member of the forum!
Here's the deal, I am working for a company who is using a CMS system that was developed by a local Web Design company and it by all means is the worst system I have ever seen, used, or ever wanted to see!
That being said I am looking for another solution and CMS Made Simple really looks like the perfect system for us to use. I am very familiar with Joomla, ModX, and the hundreds of other ones out there. I usually use Elance or Scriptlance to post my project needs but thought posting here may help in my search for a CMS Made Simple Guru.
What I need to have done is take the exact design and functionality of the current site and convert it to CMS Made Simple. However, because I have worked round the clock to keep up with and continue to do the SEO for the site we do not want to lose the current ranking and rather than chance it, I've decided to have the same functionality and design created on a whole different domain. Now, you may be saying well that would be stupid becuase we would get penalized for Duplicate content. However, we would not be duplicating all of the copy etc.. so this won't be an issue.
The site is very simple and basically just acts as a Real Estate listing website but has features such as Floorplan Display, Agents Listing Page, MLS etc.. I want all of that functionality except the MLS integration, we will just use a different solution that will be a link and keep our look and feel but be hosted somewhere else. I would love to integrate it into the site if you knew how to do this and setting up a cron job to download the data each night but if you don't no big deal.
So, we are willing to pay the right person to handle this for us. I am very easy to work with and know a great deal about what's needed and having owned a web development company for 8 years I'll be very easy in giving details on functionality etc...

Hopefully someone here has some time and could use a little extra money. We are going to make the new site search engine friendly using Mod-Rewrite as well.
