New module TweetMgr

I have contacted the owner of the BWTwitter module and he is not going to develop the module anymore, at least not at this moment. I offered to help out, but he declined. Because the last release was in 2013 I wasn't going to wait for something that might happen and forked the BWTwitter module. The TweetMgr is born!
TweetMgr shows tweets from different Twitter sources as easy as possible. Multiple sources can be created (user profiles, hashtags, search terms) and grouped. Sources can also be called individually.

Warning: TweetMgr and BWTwitter can't be present at your site at the same time, both use the same Twitter authentication classes!
Tip: Make a copy of the templates before uninstalling and removing BWTwitter.
