CMS Made Simple Forums

I've just installed FEU version 1.1.1 but am unable to find the properties tab.
Tabs I do see in "Frontend User Management" are: Groups, Users, Admin, Preferences, Login Template, Logout Template, Change Settings Template and Forget Password Template.

I then tried to install a previous version (after unistalling version 1.1.1) ,  but that would'nt install at all (version 1.0.4).

Am I doing something wrong?
This is my first cmsms installation (latest version of CMS).

Any help would be more than welcome )

Okay,
I am banging my head on the table in disbelief. I fond the answer using the sarch option on this forum. My apologies for this stupidity.
You have to have persission to alter the properties (set in the group permissions).
