Russian chars in Design Manager appear as ???? in Template editor.

Not very helpful but it doesn't seem to be a CMSMS issue:
Does it work in other places within CMSMS where you use Russian characters?

I can enter Russian chars, but when i click Submit it becomes too. In other places like menu text, content text it looks fine, the problem is only in template.

Please post complete system information:

Site Admin > System information > 'View Text Report (suitable for copying into forum posts)' link in the right-top

Not sure what could be causing this. Possibly mod_security. Perhaps the settings of a specific database table.

I asked for other places to verify database and server are able to display and store the Russian characters in a proper way.
