CGCalendar Checksum error

Hi,
Module Manager said my CGCalendar (v 1.15.
needed to be updated. The option given to me was to update to v 1.16.1. After the update CGCalendar and CGExtensions generated an error "No Verification Data: Cannot verify integrity of CGCalendar. There is no checksum data", and my calendar wasn't loading its templates. I backward saved to the original versions that I had, and that solved the issue. I am running CMS 2.1.1.
My question is:
1. When I go directly to the CGCalendar Module downloads, the current version is 2.1.4.1. Why is this version not an option for me to download?
2. How do I correct a checksum error?
