Multiple pages in one - client sortable

I've found some posts online about making one-page websites, but they all look to have pre-fixed setups. I'm trying to find a way where the client can re-arrange the pages in the admin panel, and it would then update the one page site to rearrange.
Can this be done? I'd assume using CGSmarty some how?
(Using the latest, fresh install of CMSMS 2.1.5)
