Language change shows empty

Hi all I am new to cmsms and I am using version 2.1.4 so when I change admin language to Turkish it shows empty page without any errors. Any suggestions for this?
For the moment I can just confirm I face the same behavior;
To work around now rename/delete the following file:
admin/lang/ext/tr_TR.php
