My site visitors are getting a browser message that the "server where this page is located isn't responding."

Furthermore, I can't log into the CMS Simple - I get the same message.

The problem began around 11 am on Saturday, June 25, 2016 EST. Please advise!

Check with your hoster. Not a CMSms problems.
