CMS Self Linker No self complete Freetown

I have almost completed an upgrade from 1.12.2, but find that the CMS Self link icon does no self complete in microtiny. I type in the alias name of a page and nothing happens...
Has anyone seen this? Any suggestions?

Check your web browser's console for Javascript errors. It may give you a hint about what's going wrong.
