So this one doesn't have any features like in WP where you tell it how many times to show up, when to start it, stop it, etc.?

Uhm.... the Banners module.

Banners only shows 1 image, isnt it? Cant do a slider if I remember well... That is why I didnt mention it.

That is the problem with lack of details on what they are looking for.

"Rotating Banner" could mean images that rotate every 10 sec like an image slider or it rotate once per page load like an ad banner.

IMO, there's no lack of details.

Rotating banners always means it rotates one banner for another. Very simple.

Looks like you want more features than you originally requested.

How often do they rotate? What is your idea of a "banner" (a single image, mixed text and pictures -- with or without a link)? Do you want click tracking?

The banners module you can set how many times to show up, when to start it, stop it.

If you want to in page rotate you also can if you get your hands dirty with a bit of jQuery.

However does the banners module have such developed functions of some WP plugins then no.
