[SOLVED] Site only displays correctly when...

Hi All. I'm scratching my head over this one.

When i'm logged into the admin panel, the images appear fine. Here is a screen capture of the portfolio at the bottom of the site.
When not logged in, all the images display as the last one, the picture of the beach.
Also, the carousal slider at the top displays images correctly when logged in, but no images display when i'm not logged in.
It seems like a configuration issue. Any advice.
