BUG?:Same Index for Content (Title) on Pages Section

Hi,
i have the latest Version of CMSMS installed (1.0.2 Maui) and with some additional modules from the module manager.
After creating some basic pages, now i see two Pages with the same Index (Index is 1, visible two times). Is this a bug
or what and how can i fix it? I cant fix it with deleting the page, because the second "Numer 1-Index" for the content
slipes one position down, so that i always have two 1-Indexed Content pages: Possible Bug?
