How do I give permission for a client to add a category in the News module? I think this used to be easier to do in CMSMS 1+; can't figure out where to do this in CMSMS 2+. Seems like it's ONLY in Site Admin -- News Settings? Isn't possible to allow a client to add a category without letting them mess around with other stuff?

IIRC currently an user needs 'Modify Site Preferences' permissions to be able to add a category.

So, then I automatically let them be able to mess with all sorts of other settings at the same time? Wonder why it was set up this way?

There never has been a separate permission to allow an editor to manage categories in the News module.
