CMS Made Simple Forums

So yesterday i set up CMSMS on my local xampp server,
everything worked fine, but today i got logged out it seems and tried to login, but it says "Username or password incorrect",
i double checked it, my password is simple as fuck (because local) and my admin-name is easy too, i checked the database in phpmyadmin and don't really know how to solve this problem!
