Using TinyMCE in advanced mode, language is selected as English, not sure if they're related but I have two issues:

1. The 'create a link to a content page' button works intermittently.

2. When I click on the insert/edit image or insert file I receive a 'Forbidden You do not have permission to access this document' message.

Inspecting with Chrome Developer Tools I see the following error:
Can anyone offer a solution please?

Did you modify the .htaccess per the help page?

Which help file are you referring to?

I followed the comments in the htaccess file, enabling the relevant commands but it has made no difference.

I'm now also unable to upload an image or file from within TinyMCE, but filemanager works.
