My web development firm needs assistance from a qualified CMSMS Programmer / Designer.  We have a fairly simple implementation in mind for the latest version to redo a site and really just don't have the time / man power to create a design template.  We will provide a hosted space to upload and test the theme development (the theme is a work for hire and copyrighted by our client).  We do have some basic experience with CMSMS site development and customization (from existing themes), so we can pick up for changes and content creation. It may lead to additional developments (since we have 2 other CMSMS sites for not-for-profit orgs under development at the moment).

I'm still looking for assistance here, if anyone is interested.  It is a fairly simple job as the graphics have been worked out, and we have staff to input the content, mainly we're looking for assistant taking an existing site / graphics (from a simple site) and concerting it to a CMSMS template.
