Send email to user from form submission

I have a form builder signup form that is basic:
Name
Email
Captcha

When the person fills out the form, it is successfully emailed to the admin and they are redirected to the "thank you" page. Works great.

I need to send a generic confirmation email to the Email field with specific information in the email that is the same to everyone.

I am having an issue figuring this out. Is there a tutorial somewhere to show this or can anyone lend a hand and point me in the right direction?

Here is my system info:

Hi Magallo...

In this case, what I am trying to do is send a pre-configured email to someone who has filled out a form on our website with the information they are asking for.

Do you know how to accomplish this?

Thanks

I was able to figure this out by adding the "Email to User" field to the form and I am successfully receiving the email as the admin and the person who fills out the form.

The new field, which I've labeled as the "Verify email" field, is showing up on the form on the web page, but the original "Verify" field that I had, that I deleted, is still showing up as well.

These are the fields I have in the Formbuilder form:
Name
Zip Code
Email Address
Email Address - Verify
Drop-Down Field
Captcha

On the live page, there are the above fields, plus the original VERIFY field that I have even deleted. I have SUBMITTED the changes and refreshed the page, looked at it in a different browser and it is still showing the incorrect fields.

Funny thing is, if I put in the incorrect Captcha, on the next page it shows the form properly.

I have even recopied and pasted the tag back into the page, just in case, but it didn't work.

Any ideas would be extremely welcome.

Do you happen to use a custom template for displaying the form (not the generic default/sample template)? Then it needs to be altered manually after changing fields.

Thanks for the quick response. I didn't set up a custom form, just used the Default Load Template option.

I did redo it to one of the other forms on my site and it didn't change anything.

I assume though, that you are talking about the info on the "Form Template" tab within the form, correct?

Any other thoughts?

It is working. Must have been the cache. When I returned home and looked at it on my home office laptop, all is correct and working.

Thanks!
