As the att. file showing, where to find out and translate the month 、Date、Year text?

I can not understand why this is relevant hoster ( Web setting?)·

You should realize that those 'names' are used from the system locale which should be installed/configured by the server admin.

They are not translated from a language file of CMSMS. Perhaps the config reference pdf which comes in the /docs folder can be of help too ('locale').
