Mobile friendly template

Are there any mobile friendly templates that folks can recommend please?
This would be to replace a site that is not mobile friendly. My earlier posting at

A fourth option....learn and implement Bootstrap:
http://getbootstrap.com/
Mobile friendly framework that is extremely versatile. You then style as you wish. Not as easy as grabbing an off-the-shelf CMSMS template though.
