CMS Made Simple Forums

Hi there,

I used last year v0.11 for one site.
now I would like to update same site with new and fresh cms ms.
but I count find update procedure,
so if someone could point me to the good direction..

second: looking for "forum intergation" guidance in cms ms (phpbb?)

There currently is no real integrated forum solution available afaik, most people choose a forum and adjust appearance so it looks integrated, see for example:
