Hello,

I want to use the Uploads Module to make an image upload field in the CGFeedback form template. (Photo)

I have insert {cms_module module="Uploads" category="geslaagden" mode="upload"} in the comment template but then I will get two forms in one.

Is this possible to get this done?

After the upload the picture must be add to the comments on the comments page.

Using
CMSMS 2.1.2
CGFeedback 1.7.5
Uploads 1.21

You are trying to allow visitors to upload an image and comment on it or ? ...

Yes, I want a page where visitors leave a comment and upload a picture that goes with that comment. Is that possible?
