How do I reset my password in php my admin?

the password in cms_users is encryped. How do I change this?
This has been asked and answered numerous times... please do a forum search.
When asking a question, provide as much information as possible as different versions of the software have different ways to solve the same issue.
Also read documentation provided on the links of the CMSMS network, as usually most answers are there already...
