FrontEndUsers props and groups

Hi,
When creating group properties from within a module for feu, you can add them to feu in a way so that they are 'locked' for that particular module.
After adding a group from your module you can set the relations to these props.
You can't use or change the properties when in the feu module, but you can change the groupname and description!
Question is, is there also a way to 'lock' the groupname and description
