Front End User upgrade problems [solved]

Hi

I am having problems with the front end user module. I upgraded the Formbuilder and Frontenduser modules. I did this by downloading the latest version as a tar.zip and unpacked it into the modules folder and then upgraded through the modules manager. Because I was having problems accessing the help section on the module with an error message "A problem occurred instantiating FrontEndUsers". I decided to uninstall and try installing via the module manger, letting that download etc. However I can't now uninstall the Front end user module. I also have CMSMailer installed as this is a dependency of FormBuilder and FrontEndSuser.

I dont seem to be able to use the FEU as it is as there in nothing showing in the User Management section.

Is there any way of unistalling the modules without going through the module manager.

Hi

I have rolled back the installation to a back up copy before I upgraded the FEU etc. Once I have re instated the minor bits and bobs that hadn't been accounted for in the back up I shall have another go at the upgrade and look at upgrading the CGExtensions as well.

I'll let you know how it goes, thanks for the quick reply.
