File Manager not uploading my PDF newsletter

I mail newsletter in bulk. Create document in Word than save in PDF to upload for batch mailing. Keep getting error message when try to upload file. I deleted pics from newsletter,thinking file was too large. My web designer and developer is stumped and I have to get this newsletter out by the end of the week. Any thoughts? Thanks!
