FAQ 2.0.1 and cmsms 2.0.1.1

Hello:
I've installed this module, which is supposed to work with the spanking new 2.0.
I have removed the script call from the template and placed it in my custom.js file so it loads after the jquery libraries. however, the toggle does no seem to work.
Has anyone experienced the same ? If so, can you share your solution?
