I just updated a site from 1.12 to 2.0 to 2.0.1.1.
The Design Manager now shows nothing in the tabs Templates and Stylesheets (the other tabs are fine). I therefore cannot maintain them.
I went back to 1.12 and updated straight to 2.0.1.1 - same result.
Tab Design shows my design, and when clicking it I can see my template and stylesheets associated with the design.
The front end looks fine.

Same here. i upgraded from 2.0 to 2.0.1.1.
I also have nothing in content manager.

EDIT: Fixed with CTRL F5 (replace cached Javascript files).

Works fine here (2 installs). Clear your browser cache.

Ctrl F5 did the trick for me too.
