CMS Made Simple Forums

Good evening all,

My name is Bas van Dijk I'm currently working for a client who has a website with CMS made simple running on it.

http://www.vanvoorstconsult.nl/

I'm having this weird problem when it doesn't matter how the URL looks like, only the last part has to match a page.

http://www.vanvoorstconsult.nl/vakgebie ... eiligheid/
Works exactly the same as:
http://www.vanvoorstconsult.nl/voedselveiligheid/

The weird thing is, that the page "voedselveiligheid" is underneath "vakgebieden". I'm used to wordpress where the path should be exactly as it is to work.

How can I fix this?

You can't really fix this. It's how CMSMS works.

It shouldn't matter btw. Worrying about SEO? Learn about canonical url tags.

You can always use the "Page Url" field in the Options tab of the page editor to overwrite the default url
And/or use flat URLs... You can set them in Site Admin >> Global Settings > Content Editing Settings - "Automatically created URL's are flat"
