I need to be replaced

So due to family and life changes, I'm no longer providing web design services.
I have a couple sites that need ongoing minimal maintenance. The sites are currently running older versions of the software. They aren't https secure sites, and neither of them offer transactions online - fairly simple sites. They are both in Canada (as am I), and would probably simplify matters if the new provider was also in Canada (Alberta).
I need someone who's in it for the long haul, and won't flake out like me
One site is a snowmobile club site with decent traffic and custom ads, the other is a communications based site.
