[FIXED]CGFeedback Undefined class const EVENT_COMMENTEDITED'

since the upgrade from CGFeedback 1.6.8 to 1.7 i get this:
Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'EVENT_COMMENTEDITED' in /var/www/cmsms/modules/CGFeedback/action.default.php on line 259
on submission of cgfeedback form. Despite the error (on white screen) - the submission is successful.

previously, on form-submission a thank you message was displayed inline (same page). while i read the release notes about smarty scope i don't understand how/if it applies here.

the successful submission template:
{* comment successful template *}
<p>Thank you {$author_name} <em>({$author_ip}</em>) for your comment entitled "{$title}". {if $author_notify}You will be notified of any further replies to this thread.{/if}</p>
is probably still the default. i replaced that template with a plain 'Thank you', but same error.

Any idea how to debug this? Thanks.
Edit: Commenting out line 259 of CGFeedback/action.default.php does the trick.

Fixed after CGExtensions upgrade (to 1.45.6) and CGFeedback (1.7.1)
