bad link with Top simple navigation + left subnavigation +

Hello,
A strange event :
1 - On a fresh installation, Apply template "Top simple navigation + left subnavigation + 1 column" to all the contents
2 - in the template delete start_level in left menu
3- clear cache
4 - click on on the top menu "default extension" and after on the left menu >Tag>Tag in the core ---> you jump to Default template explained and not to tag in the core
5 - click again on "default extension">Tag>Tag in the core you go to tag in the core.
6 - clear the cache ...
