Responsive agency/portfolio site

I recently revamped my freelance site, currently in cmsms 1.12 (but also on my dev server in 2.0rc1):

The portfolio is built with Menu Manager (and rewritten in Navigator for 2.0)

- Formbuilder (contact form)
- CGSmartImage (responsive portfolio images, etc.. still working on this)
- CGContentUtils (to add a content block defining the FontAwesome image for each page)
- CGSimpleSmarty (gets various content from hidden pages to build MM portfolio)
- Sitemap Made Simple (for obvious reasons)
