Upgrading from 1.5.4 to 1.12

I have an old web site done with CMSMS 1.5.4. I am trying to upgrade it to the latest 1.12 but it is sticking on step 5 at "Building static route database".
I see some other questions regarding this on the forum saying that I should do some intermediate upgrades. Is there a list of the versions that I must upgrade one by one anywhere, or do I have to download each and every version between 1.5.4 and 1.12?
