Unable to link file

Unable to link file

Suddenly, I am unable to highlight text and "link" it to a file in the file manager. I previously was able to do this. It appears that it works but does not link the file.

1. Post the browser and version you are using (IE 11?)

2. Post your system info (see my signature for how).
