Update/upgrade suggestion

I suggest we have a "update/upgrade" button on the administration page.
Were it tells us the steps or has a good way of upgrading our version, instead of downloading the new file from the site each time there's a new version. Like most programs or modules has. A inside upgrade.
Not a seperate huge upgrade.
