Hi. I am the manager of a non profit website and I just recently added the Form Builder to my site. I have been able to create the form and put it on my site but I am having trouble with CMS Mailer getting the information from the form to my email address. Help?

What have you tried - and what happens when you submit the form? Could be quite a few things, including the email is actually being sent but is blocked by some spam trap somewhere along the way. Also in Form Builder check your "send to" field (the field that actually sends the email) "from address". On my hosting it needs to be
anything@thehosteddomain.co.uk.
Also in Extensions > CMS Mailer > Test Email Address - does that reach you?
Also post your system info.

HI Paul.
thank you for your reply. I think that what is wrong is something in my 'SEND TO' box. All the other boxes I have have a little green check mark on the far right. The 'send to' box has a red circle with a line through. It says 'Not Available' when I hover my cursor over it.
Im guessing there is somehting there. If I can get that to show a green check mark I can go from there. Any suggestions?
Michelle

That column shows whether a field is required or not, i.e. if you have to fill it in to submit the form.

You're providing way too little information for us to come with useful tips.
Please provide
system information
Further: describe every step you've taken regarding configuration of FormBuilder and CMSMailer.
Can you successfully send an test mail with CMSMailer?

Hi Again
My system is 1.11.7 Genovesa
I've looked for CMS Mailer adn it does not seem to be installed on my CMSMS program. It was there before but seems to be gone now
I"m guessing it would have been under Extensions but it's not. Just Form Builder is there.
Thanks.

I am trying to set up zurmo so that we can send outbound emails. I have completed the Outbound Email Configuration SMTP form with the following info, which I am certain is correct since we use it in other applications.

Indeed CMSMailer should be under Extensions.
You can check in 'Modules' too whether CMSMailer is installed.
If it's installed then clear cache to start with: Site Admin -> System Maintenance -> Cache and Content -> Clear (button)
btw: 1.11.7 is not officially supported anymore.

Hi. I don't know if I have the entire CMSMS system on my computer. I am working on a website that was created and is hosted by a website company. I have been given the login info to get in and edit but I don't know if I have the whole program?? I'm just not very literate in this area of tech. Sorry. I will ring my host and see what he has to say as well.
Thank you!
