CMSMS Products for over 10.000 ML products

I'm wondering if it is possible to use over 10.000 products with the cmsms products module. what I also need is a category selection which updates the page automaticly on the selection. Also these 10.000 products need to be added in two languages and have perfect SEO url structure/metadata.
Would it be possible with CMSMS to achieve this or would it be smart to look elsewhere? (i'd rather not!)
